What is EVA ?

The working dimensions of EVA are 1000 x 500 x 500 mm.

Thanks to the N-Play control software, designed to be intuitive and easy to use, our machine can be adapted to any type of user. Combined with the training, EVA can be apprehended by novice users who will realize their first part.

The tool heads are supplied according to the customer’s needs and can be purchased later as the customer’s needs change.

Convenient

Changing the tool head is simple and takes less than 1 minute. This allows for excellent repeatability.

It is entirely possible to use non-proprietary raw materials, however we offer qualified materials with manufacturing profiles already optimized to facilitate the user experience.

The CNC11 and CNC22 tool heads are equipped with chip deflectors. EVA also has an industrial vacuum to keep the working environment clean.

The original part is not required for machining the functional surfaces of 3D printed parts.

Support

We take care of everything, EVA is delivered to your site. Moreover, we offer you a training on the use of the machine and on all the processes. At D+30, we come back to you to review the specificities of the machine.

We offer preventive maintenance with an annual visit including upgrading, balancing and changing of wearing parts. We also offer a reactive breakdown service to avoid blocking production.

Tool heads

The extrusion rate of the 3DF09 is 0.9 kg/h and it is equipped with nozzles of diameter ranging from 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm. It is also a mono-extrusion with liquid cooling.

The 3DF02 has an extrusion rate of less than 0.2 kg/h. It is equipped with nozzles ranging from 0.2 mm to 1.2 mm as well as a double extrusion system to make bi-material parts or with soluble supports. It also has a liquid cooling system.

Both tool heads can be equipped with a micro-lubrication system and a chip deflector. The CNC11 is designed to machine soft materials (wood, polymers) while the CNC22 machines harder materials such as non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper, brass). It also has an HSK 32C fast cone tool changer.

The LUV06 is designed to engrave painted and anodized metals as well as wood, polymers, leather etc… while the LUV15 is designed to engrave and cut materials such as wood, polymers, leather etc…
